And for today I'm going to leave you with a picture of Slim Goodbody, just to remind how time warps your perspective proving whole large parts of the 80's sucked ass

NFL offseason power rankings, thats the Browns at 6. Ahead of the fucking superbowl winner's the Giants. Disappointment begins so early in Cleveland.

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl

1. Indianapolis Colts (13-3) – No major defections. Forget Peyton Manning and company for a moment. If healthy next year, this should be a very, very good young defensive team.

2. New England Patriots (16-0) – Fernando Bryant should be a nice little reclamation project. But losing talent in that secondary year after year is going to hurt this defense (haven’t we heard that before?).

3. Dallas Cowboys (13-3) – Zach Thomas still has something left in the tank and will help this defense in the middle of the field. Tony Romo needs to get this team over the hump, because Terrell Owens isn’t getting any younger (he turns 35 this season).

4. San Diego Chargers (11-5) – Other than Michael Turner, all of the free agent losses will be replaced with better talent internally. And quietly, linebacker Derek Smith could turn out to be one of the steals of the offseason.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars (11-5) – It remains to be seen whether Jerry Porter can be the No. 1 wideout that the Jaguars seem to think he is. And Jacksonville better hope that parting ways with Marcus Stroud and Bobby McCray doesn’t come back to haunt the franchise.

6. Cleveland Browns (10-6) – The additions of Shaun Rogers, Corey Williams, Donte Stallworth and Rex Hadnot should make the Browns far better. Anything less than competing at the top of the AFC is a disappointment.

7. New York Giants (10-6) – Giants fans seem to think last season’s Super Bowl win translates into automatic success in 2008. But the division is still brutal, and some players tend to slack off the year after getting a ring. Don’t be surprised if turmoil returns again with a slow start.

8. Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) – Mewelde Moore was an underrated pickup and should do very well in this offense. But until some of the young linebackers blossom, this defense won’t be consistent.

New online game encourages crash diets, breast implants and diet meds to make their dolls fabulous.

As the video game industry awaits the public reaction for the next 'Grand Theft Auto' game, CNN Europe reports that a new Web site game called Miss Bimbo encourages pre-teen and teenage girls to seek crash diets, breast implants and medications to enhance their dolls. While the description sounds familiar to fans of the fashion world, girls as young as 7 sign up with the Miss Bimbo site and get a naked doll. From there, they're encouraged to enhance characters with sexy outfits and other items in order to get them ready to go out clubbing. The goal is to stay wafer thin, eating every once in a while.

Already derided in the UK after it's short one-month existence, Miss Bimbo has gained the evil eye of parents who are beginning to wake up to some of the messages that the game encourages, ones which many parents don't agree with. While the game is free, each user has a limited amount of "virtual money," which is only remedied by the user sending a $3 text message, working, or finding a billionaire "sugar daddy" to help with funding.

With roughly 200,000 users in Britain and a new French version, it seems like its only a matter of time before the game that proclaims itself as a "virtual fashion for girls" comes to U.S. shores.

Dr Pepper offers free drink for 'Chinese Democracy'

Drinks manufacturer Dr Pepper have announced they will give a free can of the soft drink to every American – except former guitarists Slash and Buckethead – if Guns N Roses release 'Chinese Democracy' this year.

The album has been in the pipeline since 1993, when the group released their covers album 'The Spaghetti Incident?', but its release date has continually been pushed back.

Dr Pepper's Marketing Director Jaxie Alt said: "It took a little patience to perfect Dr Pepper’s special mix of 23 ingredients, which our fans have come to know and love. So we completely understand and empathise with Axl's quest for perfection – for something more than the average album.

"We know once it's released, people will refer to it as 'Dr Pepper for the ears' because it will be such a refreshing blend of rich, bold sounds - an instant classic."

An estimated $13m in recording expenses have been built up in the making of 'Chinese Democracy'.
