A quote on BBC from a ebay spokesperson in reference to new ebay policy that sellers can no longer leave negative feedback on a unpaid item:
"If a buyer doesn't pay, the seller can easily contact eBay, we will review any complaint and maybe remove the buyer," a spokesman said.
